Winner Selection
Twelve (12) finalists will be selected and announced in early November. Final winners will be announced the week of November 10, 2025 at the Chiang Mai SEO conference, and posted online the same day. Finalists and winners will be selected as follows.
If included, “Most App Users” will be awarded to the app/smart form with the most user completions (form submissions) from Oct. 1 to Oct. 31, 2025.
All other prizes to be awarded by a panel of judges, including AIappOnsite team members and marketing leaders.
Judging criteria includes: Innovation/Creativity, Functionality, User Experience, Impact/Usefulness, AI Implementation.
Finalist Requirements
Provide a 1–3 min highlight video describing your building process and the use and purpose of your app.
Join finalist group call with judges (early November 2025).
Agree that your app/domain will be shared publicly (via AIappOnsite site & press release, and at Chiang Mai SEO).
Optional: leave a WordPress review for AIappOnsite.
Competition Terms & Conditions
Free to join anytime before Oct 31, 2025; if included, “Most App Users” tracking window Oct 1–31, 2025. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the competition in the event that too few people join up.
Must use a WordPress site and your own OpenAI API key.
AIappOnsite Premium key with 1 year subscription provided (requires active competition participation); access keys left unused once competition concludes will be deactivated.
Smart forms/apps submitted for competition must be built with AIappOnsite (basic and/or premium features).
Apps/pages submitted for competition must be public.
Must agree to data collection (AIappOnsite app/form data only).
A minimum of 50 participants are required to join, else AIappOnsite reserves the right to delay or cancel the competition.
12 finalists will be selected by a judges panel including AIappOnsite and marketing leaders.
Fairness Checks
All traffic and app usage must be organic.
No paid traffic or unnatural manipulation of the competition mechanics is allowed.
Any evidence of manipulation intended to skew competition outcomes will be grounds for disqualification.
Disqualification is entirely at the discretion of the AIappOnsite team, which is hosting this competition.
